The Mates Pass gives your crew up to three hours at Hangdog. Bring the kids, cousins, friends or grandparents. Any ages are welcome, no climbing experience is needed, and our team will help first-timers get started.
School-holiday activities can get difficult when children are different ages or everyone wants something different. Climbing gives each person a challenge that suits them while the whole group shares the adventure.
It is active, screen-free and indoors, so your plan still works when Wollongong turns wet, windy or unexpectedly hot. You can stay for up to three hours, take breaks when you need them and enjoy the day at your own pace.
The total price is $89. Climbing shoes are optional and can be hired separately if you would like them.

Everyone chooses climbs that suit their experience and completes the normal safety briefing before starting.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and enclosed shoes. Complete the waiver before you arrive if you can. When you check in, our team will fit your harness, explain the safety system and help you choose a good place to begin.
Children under 12 cannot hold the ropes for other climbers, so an adult will need to help or the group can use the automatic rope systems after the safety briefing.
