How early should I arrive for my session?

We advise arriving at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time. This allows you to settle in and start your session on time.

Can I bring someone with me into the Recovery Cave?

The Recovery Cave sessions are designed for individuals or couples. Please make sure you book the appropriate session. To ensure privacy and the best personal experience. Guests booked for a single session must enter the room alone.

What do I wear?

You are able to lock the door from the inside, so you are not going to be disturbed, however we do ask that you do wear something. Undies or swimmers are appropriate.

What is the temperature of the sauna?

Our sauna is pre-heated to 60 degrees Celsius. If you prefer a warmer or cooler start, please contact our staff before your session to make arrangements.

Do I need to shower before using the ice bath?

Yes, for hygiene reasons, we require all guests to rinse off in the shower before entering the ice bath. This helps maintain the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.

What are the cleaning protocols after each session?

At the end of each session, we ask that you use the provided antibacterial spray and wipes to clean the sauna and the floor mop to dry the floor. It’s important to leave the room as you would expect to find it.

What if the sauna or other facilities are not working properly?

If you encounter any issues with our facilities, please contact our staff immediately. We are here to ensure your session goes smoothly and will address any problems right away.
