Climb stronger with our new climbing-specific physical training classes. Mondays at 6pm is Mobility—building the strength and range of motion you need to reach further and move better on the wall. Thursdays at 6pm is Strength—developing the pulling power, grip endurance, and body tension that makes hard climbing feel easier. Each month we run a focused 4-week block targeting a specific area like hip mobility, single-leg strength, or chest opening, so you're always progressing rather than just turning up for a random workout. Free for members. Spaces are limited—register below to hold your spot.
